Fairly standard single breasted pinstripe blazer, but the sleeves (and overall tailoring) as well as the color make this style worth the investment. The slight padding and pleating at the shoulders creates a beautiful, unexpectedly feminine cut, and the line of buttons up the sleeve go all the way up to almost the elbow. The tailoring of the back pleats is such an easily overlooked detail, but it creates such a lovely, tailored silhouette without making it too fitted. Finally, the color combination of the black with the pink makes the pinstripe pop from a distance, but the color itself isn't so vibrant that it feels unprofessional.
