LAVISH pull-on Capris white/dk gray size Med?

LAVISH pull-on capris - dark gray on white windowpane print. Wide 2" waistband. Faux pockets in front. Label is washed out, but says size "1X" - these fit me, and I'm generally a size 6 or 8- which is why I'm calling them a Medium above. See my stats below. 74% rayon, 22% nylon, 4% spandex. Machine wash cold. My measurements: 28" waist, 38" hips, 5'4".
