@gbugkalik Hi, waist to knee in front is approximately 23 -1/4" and back is approximately 25" and width is approximately 20 -1/2" it's a super soft material but it does not stretch. it lays on the body very nicely.
If that doesn't work for you, I also have a similar skirt in a floral print size 8 🙂
