@stacyc4 Hello. I think the best way to determine is to measure a dress you own from armpit to armpit and compare to the measurements in the listing. But it is a roomy dress so my guess is you would wear a medium. I wear a size 6 dress and the small is what I would wear in this dress. I hope this helps!
