@positivevybes Hi again ! Size Large arm pit to arm pit is 21 inches and it will easily stretch to 22 in. Waist tied and closed across bow is 19 in. But that can also be adjusted a few inches. Across bottom hem it is 24 inches. I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any other questions.

@loriruggiero Hi there XS bust us 18 inches arm pit to arm pit. Waist is approximate 17 inches across with blazer tied up in bow. It's 19 inches across bottom hem completely closed up with no gaps in between. Please let me know if you have any other questions
