*LAST CHANCE* Vintage Summer Dress

Very lightweight stretch synthetic material. I believe this is handmade but handmade by someone with skill. The hem is surged and there are no tears or fraying edges. This seems like 70’s era print to me. I’m listing this as a medium but please defer to the measurements.
