FREE with purchase on any other listing......This skirt with embroidery & detail was a $98 skirt originally, but this particular skirt needs the zipper to be fixed, so I am offering it up for free with the purchase of another listing. This skirt, designed in Holland here has three layers: outer layer intricately embroidered in bright + bold detailing of flowers & vines. Next layer, a bright pink, soft ruffle tulle with two rows of ruffles at the bottom, the the very under skirt is cotton.
