I bought this dress new at a Betsey Johnson store around 2008! It’s still in great condition with no remarkable flaws. Stretchy comfortable fabric, cute swingy tulle bottom with red accents and slightly poofy shoulder sleeves. SO CUTE! It just doesn’t fit anymore, so sadly parting with this adorable piece.
