likenarly @kerrypanagio1 hi! They run true to size, I would suggest a medium or large for you. The sleeve length is longer, it covers my thumbs and most of my fingers.

likenarly @kerrypanagio1 the body doesn’t vary much between sizes so if you’re worried about arm length I’s size up but again the sleeves are longer already.
