shannonbreuer @schroedette hi there! I'd say the only measurement that really matters is the bust as neither top is fitted. There is a 1.5" difference in the bust measurements. These tops are great!! Versatile and so pretty! I hope that helps!

shannonbreuer @schroedette I have great news! I found that I have a size small available in the blue tank as well as the pink. Both size smalls measures 17 1/2 inches from armpit to armpit laying flat. I have updated the listing on the blue tank to reflect one size small available! Yay!!!
