jennifer160 @sfrancke - morning :) Looks like from the top of the strap to the waist is 14.5" . The Large would be about 1-1.5" larger all the way around. You're not bothering me :) xx

jennifer160 @dearmeboutique -This dress and the material lends itself to being an easy to wear dress... the material, including the elastic are comfortable. It does run on the smaller side as I mentioned in the post however, so you'll want to take that into account...

reminisceme @jennifer160 I’m not sure if I shouldn’t do M or L. I usually wear S or M. I don’t like anything tight around my waist though. When you wear it, is the elastic band kind of putting pressure on your waist? Or if it’s comfortably sitting then I would go for M.

jennifer160 @dearmeboutique - it's comfortable on the waist... yes. If you want to be sure it's comfortable, I'd go with the large.... if you're good with the measurements for the medium as you tend to lean more towards a small, then go with the medium.

reminisceme @jennifer160 do you think you can measure medium while stretching to see how far it can stretch? Doesn’t have to stretch all the way but I want a general idea of how comfortable the stretch will be.

jennifer160 @dearmeboutique it's fine. The 16" is slightly stretching. the full stretch is about 17", which would then be somewhat uncomfortable... 16" it's still good though
