Pre owned LAPIS smocked strapless convertible black and gray floral maxi dress One SIZE fits most. This is a gorgeous comfortable flattering dress. It is a fit and flair style. It has ribbons from waist to hem that you can cinch and balloon the dress from a maxi to a shorter style or wear as a skirt.
