LADYBUG POLKA DOT tank top mini dress XL 2X

Cute 1980's piece that can be worn as a shift style mini dress, or cinch the drawstring and wear as a peplum tank top. Soft 65/35 poly/cotton jersey. Tagged as size "42/22W", fairly flexible because there's different ways to wear this. Measures 24" PTP, same measurement all the way down. 33.5" long at the max. More than 30 years old, but still looks like new!
