Tight, but flares a little at the bottom Low waisted Missing the USA on the back, some wear but in great condition Says on tag Size 9 Waist 31 Length 34 I measured from top to bottom that they are about 38 inches long and the waist is 14 inches I typically wear a size 6, but these fit perfectly.
