carolynkn @rachelmyer4 sorry for late respond. I updated post with last picture to see how the hole work. It’s just like normal off shoulder top works. It have stretch band that holds to your arm and it just sit there. Since it have the band so it hold it in place, so you can move your hand and raise it up and freely. Hope this helps. 😊
