From Jill Stuart’s “Jill” line. Pink, white and lavender blossoms on a blue-gray background. Ruffle goes around neck to the waist, down to the hem and flows all the way around. The waist is gathered with elastic and has long ties attached to the dress. Slightly puffed sleeves have a band at the bottom. NOTE: there are a few spots in front beneath the waist.
