Brand new - tags are still on! Bought as a gift, so the price tag is taken off but the original brand tag is still there. Very soft and great material! The center has the feel of a light puffer jacket with sleeves made out of a moderately thick/fuzzy material. Perfect for cool days/nights and so cute!
