lizelleraph Hi girl! I purchased the birthday lip kits from you and USPS says they were delivered today but I didn't receive them. I live in a huge apartment complex so I don't know whose mailbox it could be in. (This is like my tenth Posh purchase and they've ALWAYS been in my mailbox so I don't know why this one is missing.) I filed a report with Posh already & left a sign in my mailroom asking whoever has my package for it to be returned to me.

ali7746 @lizelleraph Oh no! Sorry, I don't have any pics of the package, but it was a box in a USPS envelope. The package was shaped like a box, with the envelope wrapped tightly around it. You couldn't see the Kylie Cosmetics box (I know a lot of people steal her stuff). I hope we get this figured out soon! Let me know!

lizelleraph I just got back from my post office and they said my usual mail carrier had a helper yesterday who probably misplaced it. Hopefully they find it by the end of today or tomorrow but if not, Posh said they'd take care of reimbursement! So sorry the funds have to be delayed :(
