These are brand new and never worn. I had the length cropped (I'm 5"1' and it's right past my ankle/ on top of my feet now, only about 2.5 inches were hemmed from the original length). Unfortunately these are mens pants and meant for more of a men's frame 98% Cotton + 2% Spandex
