Kutani cobalt blue small decorated bowl EUC

Kutani small bowl is cobalt blue and enameled inside with multiple colors. Inside design is a beautiful wheel wagon with an over load of flowers. Gold on rim is rubbed in certain areas. Not noticible. Clean smoke free home. Part of personal collection. 4in wide and 1.5in tall. No chips or cracks.
