Kukul Long Skirt with Ruffle Detail, OS, NWT

I bought this skirt at a small boutique in Segovia, Spain named Kukul. It was marked as One Size and has a drawstring waist that can expand to 40”. The colors are a beautiful rich red, purple, green and gold. Material is 70% silk and 30% polyester. Made in India.
