Kukui Nut Necklace from Hawaii

Costume jewelry item. Beautiful necklace of unusual black beads and black satin ribbon. Please see photos for length of item and size of each bead. I have been told by another Posher that these are Kukui nuts from Hawaii. They are brown nuts that are dyed black. The beads are very glossy, so I assume they put a coating on them to help make them shiny. Very pretty and unique necklace.
