These leggings are in very good condition and they come from a smoke free home. The fabric is 92% polyester and 8% spandex. They are size medium, the inseam measures 28 1/2 inches, the rise is 11 inches and when you lay them out flat, the waistband measures 13 inches across and stretches to 19 inches across There is ruching at the butt.
