Koret Career front pleat skirt size S? Vintage size 12

Vintage terra cotta jacquard striped skirt with side pockets and front pleat. Zipper and offset button closure. ILGWU tag. Sized 12 but measurements indicate a smaller fit. Please see all photos and ask any questions to help determine fit. All over texture which I believe is part of the pattern rather than wear but please take note of it.
