Korean “Sky” Brand Dress with Girl Pattern

Beautiful Korean drop-waist dress with embroidered girl pattern. Nice, heavy fabric. Looks like it once had a belt attached but was cut off. Otherwise great condition! No size but the measurements are: Waist-16” Bust-17” Length-31” No fabric or care instructions but I would either hand wash or Machine wash cold (D13)
