Korean Lolita type black dress with 3/4 length sleeves and pleated puffy skirt! Lace collar with pink and white bananas embroidered. Collar has small dot mark. Seriously so cute!! Carefully check measurements because this is sized for an Asian brand so it may be off. Shown on size 6 form and marked a medium. I think this fits more like a 4 Chest= 34” Waist= 28” Sleeve muscle=12” Length= 38” Model is 5’6” size 6
