i wear size 8 ,i just bought size 8 of the koolaburra with the bows i couldnt get it on too tight in the ankle ,is the ankle tight

@shari411721 the ankle isn’t tight, I am able to force my size nine boat feet into them. Also the buttons in the pictures are functional- you should be safe. Would you like me to measure things? Are we talking like ankle bone area or lower calf?

@shari411721 ok the ankle area is 14 inches around on the outside. The opening is very straight- the fluff padding is maybe a half and inch thick and it’s not worn in at all. So it will compress over time.
