dlkdianak @llt616 Hi! I can get exact measurements later if you want but it is at least 12 x 12 and maybe as much as 14 x 16. It is not convertible to a backpack. All of the straps are just decorative. It is a heavy duty leather bag and just beautiful! If you are looking for a fall carryall you will not be disappointed.
