70s style shirt. With cutout details on the sleeve. Fits loose fitting and super soft, comfortable but still cute and stylish. Worn maybe once if that. Had it for years and just did not think it looked good with my flat chest but wasn’t tight enough to wear no bra (if that makes sense).
