Virtually brand new. Purchased from Neiman or Saks. Only worn once to a company function then dry cleaned. Fun gunmetal bead detailing in the center. Sumptuous fabric with a double lined skirt. Comfortable to wear to the party AND the after party! Please note, the color is more teal than bright blue. It’s a gorgeous hue but difficult to photograph.
