Knox Rose blouse xs

Great shirt has very small ruffle around a v neck and a tie . The front crosses for a flattering look and as you can see is open with seaming at the chest but loose bottom . The front has elastic as a gather but the back does not . There’s very slight flow to the sleeve to make it not tight . .
