This is a super beautiful artsy boho dress in Lt Navy. It is New With Tags. It is the super comfy cotton gauze that we all love for the summertime and has a fully smocked neckline that will easily work as an off the shoulders style or you can wear it up. Very cool sleeves with lace gathering and flares to the bottom. A artsy pattern embroidery goes all the way around bottom of dress which adds interest to this piece. The dress has a loose flowy feel and is a mid length. LOVE LOVE LOVE this dress but have way too many clothes and need to let someone else get this so it will be worn.
