Knox Rose Dress

Size small - brand new without tags The tassels can be tied or left untied and are cute either way. The sleeves have elastic inside for a clinched/tighter look on the sleeves & the sleeves hit below the elbow but not all the way to the wrist. It’s the perfect length dress too; I am 5’2 and it hits just below my knees :)
