boutique hot pants that would be great for upcoming music festivals! They have a gorgeous shimmer to them, which the camera does not capture well and would be beautiful shining in the sun. happybelongings @savvytrav laying flat the waist is 9" but can easily be stretched to about 16.5-17" laying flat the bottom part above the leg holes is 15" can be stretched to 20-21" I wear a size 6 generally and they def stretch over the bum haha
