Knit tank dress

This dress has an elastic waist that allows the top part to blouse out a bit rather than falling straight down. I love the little ruffle at the bottom! It’s a XXL and has never been worn. The total length from shoulder to hem is 41 inches, but it will end up being little shorter than that when worn because of the blousy-ness of the top.
