Knit flared slv dress with tie waist

Super soft cotton midi dress, low cut, with a tie waist. Comes to mid calf (on a 5’5” person). Size petite, fits like a small but stretchy and would fit a med with a smaller bust, it’s quite low, scoops down right above the bra line.
