I wish i could buy this. When I try and do a buy now for listing price of $10 it says the seller is inactive. when i try and make an offer it won't let me enter an amount over $9.

Can you make me a counteroffer so I can buy this? When I press "buy now" it says the seller is "inactive" and it won't let me buy it. Or can you change the price on the listing and maybe it will see that you are active on the site?
