Knit and polyester two tone tank dress

Top half is gray knit and the bottom is teal voile or chiffon-like drapey outer layer with a lining. It's kind of like fitness on the top, fancy on the bottom. Only worn a couple times, but originally came with a belt which is long gone. You can see one belt loop is slightly frayed but would be happy to fix if you intend to use the belt loops.
