Knit Fit and Flare Mini Dress

This dress is a super cute fall or winter fit! It's a ribbed knit material and is fitted through the top of the waist, making it super flattering, with a flared skirt. The neckline is a high scoop neck. It could easily be dressed up or down, depending on the occasion. While the size on the tag is S, I would say it runs small and fits closer to an XS or S petite. This dress is in good condition.
