scosenze @loriglow Hi Lori. The waist is 13" flat and 15" stretched. I didn't realize that there is an elastic band sewn inside that's about 1/2" wide. It makes the top,of the skirt fit so much better. The material is so soft too. If you add a 2nd item I take 10% off.
