Knee length polka dot dress with collar

This dress is just above my knees (I am 5 ft 7). It has a button on the back of the neck to keep the collar fastened. It sinches in at the waist but it's very stretchy and flows on the lower end of the dress. It has black polka dots & a black inner lining.
