Knee high velvet ruffle boots

Great condition knee high boots velvet type material with ruffles and the back are a stretchy elastic with zippers on the inner part of the boot to help get them on. I'm unsure of the actual brand but the are made for wide calf and size is 9w would be perfect for fall and winter.
