tiffany_lother @jennylynn2109 The top part is slanted down to fit the underside of the larger part of the calf. It’s approximately 19 to 20 inches. Maybe even a little bit more with the stretch and the zipper. It’s perfect if you have fluffy socks or sweater type socks to go with it.
