Klesis NWT Cocktail Party Cotton Feather Trim Dress S/XS

NWT Klesis 100% cotton feather trim cocktail dress with faux pearl and silver buttons. Zipper and hook/eye closure in the back. Dress does not have a size tag, but it’s a XS/S (please pay attention to measurements listed below). Self: 100% cotton; contrast 100% cotton. Hand wash cold. There are small bluish areas INSIDE the bra that could be pen marks. There are a few areas of pulled thread, which are kind of hard to see due to the texture of the dress. (See pictures.)
