Kittenish Polka Dot Sleeveless Lace Up Dress in Black & White - Size Small. Great pre-owned condition. I noticed that the ruffle hem is a bit shorter on on the backside when I was taking the pictures, shown in pic. Not sure if that's factory or flaw. Sleeveless, elastic smocked skirt section with ruffle hem, lace up front, scoop neckline, popover with keyhole opening in back with button and loop closure, bodice is lined. Approximate measurements: 18" pit to pit, 12 1/2" elastic smocked waist, 34" length. All measurements taken laying flat. B?/6-6305
