This professional ballet costume is handmade for the performance of Don Quixote, specifically for the Kitri 1 variation. I wore it twice performing the variation at YAGP (see pic) after purchasing it from “Dancewear by Patricia”. List=$680. It is perfect for competition or performance. Professional alterations were made upon my original purchase by a seamstress, so it may need some new alterations, but that is common with any ballet costume. It is highly adjustable for a custom fit. There was one rip in the front but it was sewed up, and you would never be able to tell! Measurements: (shown in photos) From middle top to bottom hem is 35”. From top of shoulder to bottom hem is 39” Chest photo shows where it is 13” across. Bust is shown in pics. All measurements are adjustable due to two sets of 9 hooks in back. There is a drawstring above that where you can make it even tighter. There are adjustable shoulder straps made of a stretchy material. The bottom of the black mesh sleeve is measuring 4 inches across (8” total) but it stretches. There is a built in panty which has the look feel of a leotard. It’s very adjustable due to a stretchy 1 inch elastic waste band and 5 hooks. See photos for details.
