In good used condition. This is a good old fashioned potato masher. (you know before they made mixers) This is great for potatoes or other foods you are smashing. My favorite use for this product is to break up hamburger , while I'm browning it , so it's not just browning in a big clump. NOTE - make sure you are not using a nonstick pan for this because you will probably damage your pan. I have stainless steel pans no no worries for me.
