This copper mixing bowl has a diameter of approximately 8 1/2 inches and a height of 7 inches, with a capacity of 5 quarts and weighs over 2 pounds. It is made of copper and has a beautiful copper finish with some markings from use. The bowl is perfect for use with whipped cream and dough and comes with a KitchenAid plastic non sealing mixer cover.
