Navy Kiss ready to go press on nail sets not glue on nails! Only nails are included! ***My tip for longer lasting press on nails: Apply nails right before bed(I do mine in bed!). Apply to clean buffed & alcohol swiped nails. Press firmly in middle of nail first and continue to press the entire surface. My fingers feel a little sore the next day, same as when I get my nails done at a salon but it's better than having one pop off the next day in my opinion! I've had them last 3-4wks with this process which is amazing because I do a lot with my hands..cooking, feeding & watering a multitude of pets & plants, housework...
