They are 100% cotton, contrast and lining 100% polyester, and machine washable. 14” waist, 13” wide at legs on both lace and lining, 2.5” inseam, and 11” long to longest part of lace. Pre-owned showing wash/wear, however no holes, snags, stains, pilling, or tears.
